To ensure a consistent premium client experience nationwide, we require our fleet partners and independent operators to meet the following standards:
Operator & Chauffeur Requirements
- ✓ Valid commercial driver's license (CDL or local chauffeur endorsement where applicable).
- ✓ Clean motor vehicle driving record (MVR) with zero major moving violations in the last 3 years.
- ✓ Comprehensive criminal background check and airport ground transportation security clearance.
- ✓ Professional business attire standard (dark suit, white shirt, dark tie) on all executive trips.
Vehicle Fleet Specifications
- ✓ Late-model vehicles (typically 5 model years or newer) in pristine mechanical and cosmetic condition.
- ✓ Full commercial livery auto insurance with minimum \$1,500,000 to \$5,000,000 combined single limit liability.
- ✓ Black exterior with black or neutral leather interior. Completely smoke-free environment.
- ✓ Accepted vehicle types: Executive Sedans, First-Class Sedans, Full-Size SUVs, and Mercedes Sprinter Vans.
